How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States take 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within ten days of ordering. International orders usually take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We most certainly do! 

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Will I be able to track my order? Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package has been shipped, except for International shipments. International orders will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has left our facility.

Why can’t I track my International order?

Unfortunately, once your order reaches and is accepted by postal networks outside of the United States, we may not be able to track this package as all postal networks DO NOT use the same postal systems and scanning capabilities, nor do they have the same postal agreements.

How much does shipping cost?
It depends on your country/city and state, and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country/city, state, and zip code, and press the “Continue to shipping method” button.
